Set in the foothills of the Mournes and overlooking Carlingford Lough, Rostrevor is a beautiful little village and an ideal place to stay.  Rostrevor boasts 21Km of NEW cross-country mountain biking trails and 5km of Downhill trails and  is situated at the southern end of the Mourne Way, a 26 mile walking route from Newcastle on the Irish Sea to Rostrevor on Carlingford Lough.   Cloughmor Stone, Slieve Martin and the Red Bog are some of my favourite local walks.    The area also offers a wide variety of water activities and has several golf courses.  The Mourne Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is a unique, largely granite landscape shaped by ice and man, with stunning vistas of coast, sea and countryside.

Ross House is a friendly family run B & B, offering peaceful and homely accommodation, where you can relax and enjoy Rostrevor and the Mourne Mountains.

Ross House is situated in Pine Valley, a quiet cul-de-sac on Kilbroney Road.  It's just a few minutes cycle to the new bike trails and a ten minute walk to the village square.

Ross House offers a full cooked breakfast and there are a variety of cafes, restaurants and pubs in the village.

Ross House is bike friendly with lock-up garage, hose-down facilities and drying facilities.

Warrenpoint is a five minute drive away.  Belfast and Dublin airports are just over  one hour driving, and  Newry is our local city.
